From George. Hi everyone, i'm backDavy-boy is on holidays and asked me to send out a wee email to you all and tell you about the next walk and anything else that I want to, so here goes. Our next walk is on Sunday 24th September, (not printed on programme card - printing error) when we will be trekking the Sperrin mountains. Not only do I get a chance to do the email but I even get to lead the walk as well !We were hoping to have a training day with N.W.M.R.Team but these guys have a busy schedule so instead we will take a wee hike and maybe do a bit of basic training ourselves, so if you own a Sperrin activity or OS map and a compass bring it with you, if you don't own either, don't worry as we will robably be lost anyway. We hope to trek in Moydamlaght Forest doing a wee circuit, climbing to the top of Mullaghmore and White Mountain via Craig-na-shoke. Gaiters and walking poles would be beneficial for this A/B grade walk.So if you are free next Sunday why not join us, there will be NO bus going, but it would be best to car share as there is a limited number of places at the start point.Meeting times - 8.50am -DungannonSTHcarpark9.10am - Cookstown Asda car park10.00am walk starts from Moydamlaght car parkReminder - AGM Wed 11th October - 7.00pm at Dungannon Swifts Football Club - we hope to have a small slideshow/talk from NWMRT - please come along and choose the folk who will serve you on next seasons committee, and get a wee cup of tea and a bun.Autumn trip - Fri 13th - Sun 15th Oct - Glenveagh National Park DonegalPlease note change - on your programme card it says 14th Nov - Bannagher Forest (again this is a printing error)This walk is on Sat 4th - Sun 5th Nov-a moonlight walk and will start approx 9.30pm and should finish 1.30am - head torch and sense of humour essential (more details later). So i think that's enough info for now, next email will be from our secretary David (providing he returns from his hols)See you all on Sun 24th - no need to book - just turn up at one of the meeting points with a big smile on your face
